Nature-Based Stress Reduction
Through restorative explorations on the beautiful grounds of Royal Roads University, we will cultivate the practice of mindful attention to both our inner and outer landscapes. Participants will gain effective tools for reducing stress and worry, while enhancing self-awareness, well-being, and sense of place. This program will introduce mindful awareness, sensory-awareness, and nature-immersion practices through guided meditations, experiential activities and group discussion.
